i'm nutty

But i'm going to be doing the launch at my gym of all their classes so for me that's 2 hours of cardio

I guess it will make up for my loss of miles that day.

I need to catch up on my miles even if i have to use my bike.  5 miles today then a cookout and Hannibal

Tomorrow is 10am- noon with classes, then Richmond Raiders game

Sunday is a 5 mile run.  I think that will make up for my lack of cardio this week.
