the eating struggle is real
So at 90% clean eating I'm seeing results and all HOWEVER i need some new sides that i can cook to tasty. I just don't like quinoa so i'm going to have to stick with brown rice. I like cous cous, green beans, and potatoes. I guess i just need to figure out some quick ways to cook them up and then make sure i mix them up through out the week. I need to up my protein. I can get up to about 60-70grams a day but i need to be up to around 130 which is double that which means i need more than what i'm doing for lunches and breakfasts. if i can up my protein at meals to at least 30gs then i can fill in the rest with snacks. I just can't figure it out. Once i do i'll see more gains, especially since i ditched the supplements.
