So my gym closes tonight at 6 and i get off work at 6. Tomorrow is closed so guess what? It's closed. So today will be a rest day and tomorrow i will get out and go for a run in the morning get myself back in the running mindset since i'm going to be a 10k Training team run coach. I don't wanna be one of those moral support coaches
