sorry i haven't blogged for a minute
It's been a busy month.
After i got my certification it's been a whirl wind of things to do. I have my website up

I have an interview with Crunch Fitness tomorrow
And I have a a demo to plan for RVA Streets Alive on June 20th to perform in front of god knows how many people.
Oh and I have TRX suspension training this weekend in Maryland.
So many things to do, so many ways to get distracted from my Competition goals. HOWEVER! that hasn't been the case and as of this morning. I am down to 125. My first goal weight mark. My next goal is to get down to 120. I want to see how i look, how my legs look at 120. If i need to go down from there then I will. to 115. I don't wanna look too skinny or too much like a bobble head.
