2 weeks post show and I am struggling

My eating plan is all messed up.  It's football season and i haven't adjusted yet

my running is on point but i haven't seen the needed changes cause my eating has been messed up.  i need to get that under control again.  I got some new shakes that will help.  I just need to stick to it and if i really want something fight that urge.  I am moving my qdoba cheat to sundays so i can get that with football. and i think that will help TREMENDOUSLY.

i need to see some definition or change inmy legs by the end of the month or i may not do the maryland cutler.  It's alot of money to spend to not move up and win something.

i want to win something this time.
