4 week challenge

SO after STARING at the progress pictures and sending them to others to evaluate i have indeed made progress SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO  starting another challenge session this time four weeks

I'll take progress pictures tmw morning and go from there  I've already started though with the eating.  I've added London Broil this week cause i couldn't do ONE MORE WEEK OF CHICKEN!  omg  then i'll be back on chicken next week but i couldn't do it this week, i just couldn't.

so it's stuffed tilapia and london broil and my on again off again grilled cheese sandwich
this challenge i'll probably see more results since my body metabolism is set and ready.  I can't wait to see the results sooooooooooo  March 27th... i'll see what happens
