back on track week

Now that my busy March is done, it's buckle down April.  I have 40 days till i take the GFI ACE cert exam. I need to focus on my studying
I have to get my routine tight for Saturday.  I'm going to present it to the head of Gold's GGX.
I also need to get tight on my eating plan again.I'm seeing progress and with my next competition in August I HAVE to get my hips and legs on point ASAP.

So this week back on track with my cardio classes and lifting. I get so thrown off with my running and recovery.  I have to fix that soon.
