so i changed up my eating plan

and i added more cardio no lifting.  This week i added two a day cardio and I am living the tupp life.   Just on a whim i weighed myself this morning and i'm down... 5lbs.  i know half of you are like huh?
full disclosure when i weighed myself last week i was 133.  I need to get down to 120 for competition weight. So i have 8 more lbs to go.  I was gonna be satisfied with 125 till i saw i was 128 this morning and i still have 15 days till the end of the month and the end of my eating plan supplement experiment.  I'm very excited about this.  So if i'm Hangry at you, or just no fun cause i am not really going hog wild while out.  This is why.  I have a goal to get to.  and 8 lbs and 5% body fat stand in the way of it.
