No no, it's cause i tend to sign up for a bunch of races in Virginia Heat in the summer that's why. My half marathon that i'm doing before the one in Nov yeah... AUGUST.
Virginia heat it's different, it's not just hot, but it's humid hot so the heat is just oppressive. you think you have everything set up and nope your on the side of the road trying to breathe in air and just getting more moist breath. When you have heat induced asthma you have to practice at least two weeks to learn how to breathe in it and not have to run with your inhaler. It's possible but you have to practice.
